बिहार भूमि सेवा प्लेटफॉर्म तक पहुंचने और उपयोग करने से, आप इन उपयोग की शर्तों से बाध्य होने के लिए सहमत हैं। यदि आप इन शर्तों के किसी भी भाग से सहमत नहीं हैं, तो आपको हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग नहीं करना चाहिए।

Bihar Bhumi Seva provides digital services for land-related matters including but not limited to: downloading land records (Khatian), online mutation applications, land survey services, deed downloads, property listings, and connecting users with verified brokers and service providers.

बिहार भूमि सेवा भूमि संबंधी मामलों के लिए डिजिटल सेवाएं प्रदान करती है जिसमें शामिल हैं लेकिन सीमित नहीं: भूमि रिकॉर्ड (खतियान) डाउनलोड करना, ऑनलाइन दाखिल ख़ारिज आवेदन, भूमि सर्वेक्षण सेवाएं, डीड डाउनलोड, संपत्ति सूची, और उपयोगकर्ताओं को सत्यापित दलालों और सेवा प्रदाताओं से जोड़ना।

Important: Bihar Bhumi Seva acts as a platform connecting buyers, sellers, and service providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of property listings. Users are solely responsible for:

महत्वपूर्ण: बिहार भूमि सेवा खरीदारों, विक्रेताओं और सेवा प्रदाताओं को जोड़ने वाले प्लेटफॉर्म के रूप में कार्य करती है। हम संपत्ति सूची की सटीकता, पूर्णता या वैधता की गारंटी नहीं देते। उपयोगकर्ता पूरी तरह से जिम्मेदार हैं:

• Verifying property ownership and legal status before purchase

बिहार भूमि सेवा प्लेटफॉर्म पर सभी सामग्री, लोगो, ट्रेडमार्क और सामग्री बिहार भूमि सेवा या उसके लाइसेंसकर्ताओं की संपत्ति हैं। आप बिना पूर्व लिखित अनुमति के किसी भी सामग्री को पुन: उत्पादन, वितरित या उपयोग नहीं कर सकते।

Bihar Bhumi Seva shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
