Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Bihar Bhumi Seva, a brand of BIHARI BHUMI SEVA CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Customers may request cancellation of a service under the following conditions:

  • If the service has not been initiated after payment.
  • If the customer has made a duplicate payment.
  • If the service is cancelled by Bihar Bhumi Seva due to technical or operational reasons.
  • If the requested service is not deliverable in a specific area.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated or completed:

  • Land document verification.
  • Mutation (Dakhil Kharij) & Parimarjan services after submission..
  • Document download services (Khatiyan, Deed, Bhumi Map).
  • Consultation or advisory services once provided.
  • Any service where work has already started or completed.

3. Partial Refund

  • In some cases, if the service is partially completed, a partial refund may be provided .
  • Applicable deductions may include processing fees, service charges, or third-party costs

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Cancellation approval is subject to service status and internal verification.
  • Bihar Bhumi Seva acts as a service facilitator, and some services depend on third-party or government processes.
  • No refund will be provided for delays caused by government procedures
